Pour in the queso and salsa, then cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.Shred it:Remove the chicken and shred it. Mix the shredded chicken back into all that cheesy queso-salsa goodness. 🤤 Build your tacos:Add the chicken to your flour tortillas. Sprinkle with mozzarella + sharp cheddar — measure that cheese with your heart. ❤️🧀 Get them crispy:Place the filled tortillas on a baking sheet.
