if it takes longer to prompt than assess without AI> it‘s lowering efficiency. Each prompt would need to be skewed and customized to specific case. A trained person would by experience just scan through them and make a sound judgement. A good example of „when AI does not make any sense“. So how do we scale: train an AI AGENT with skills (claude cowork), allow it access to files (database where client images etc are dumped into). Then you have it sum up in the morning btw Eisenhower method the output of his analysis: damage reports where timely critical damage control is needed AND large monetary damage happened (eisenhover important & urgent), then urgent and low monetary damage (urgent & not important), and so on. Now this would make sense.
