Saw the review of someone staying here 4 nights for $11,000 , got a broken heater for his pool , a green hot tub , no hot water in a bathroom and a broken swing (broke while someone small was on it which doesn’t sound safe 😬) . they didn’t even refund the man anything . like damn for that price everything should be working ! That’s crazzzzy

$1,100 a night is actually a very cheap price compared to a hotel or multiple airbnbs for a large group. shoot you can't even get two nights stay at a four-star or even a three-star hotel in Reno Nevada for that price for one room

I'd rather do a hotel and specially for that big. Airbnb you have to clean it up. what is the point of me rushing and cleaning it up. When I go to hotel they do everything for me with better amenities. That is why I don't waste my time booking airbnb. I go on vacation not to stress cleaning and getting a bad review. having a big facility ti clean up? No way! Not everyone in your group will be willing to clean up.
