Not sure how to word this… do your templates have the ability to customize all the elements or do you make it so only the text is customizable? I feel like if all the elements are customizable it’s confusing for the customer so I was thinking of downloading the basic template as a pdf then adding the text boxes.

If the customer doesn't have the pro version and they're using a professional printer to print it, can they still use the RGB PDF? Meaning will the color conversion still be ok?
