4. Wide Grip Upright Rows
Target Muscles: Trapezius and posterior deltoids (upper back and rear shoulders).
How to Do It: Step inside the loop with feet set shoulder-width apart. Grasp the top section of the band with your hands placed wider than shoulder-width apart. Pull upward toward your upper chest, actively leading the movement with your elbows so they remain higher than your hands. Keep the band pulling tightly up the front line of your body.
Band Recommendation: Use #2 Light or #3 Medium.
5. Band Pull-Aparts
Target Muscles: Posterior deltoid and rotator cuff stabilizers.
How to Do It: Stand tall and hold the loop horizontally out directly in front of your chest at shoulder height, hands roughly shoulder-width apart. Keeping your arms locked straight, actively pull your hands away from one another. Stretch the elastic band until it lightly contacts your chest, firmly pinching your shoulder blades together at the peak.
Band Recommendation: Use #1 X-Light.

Jacked Ass Belt for Hip Thrust :
Here are 5 highly effective shoulder exercises with RR H+F Heavy Duty Resistance Bands that can be found here: https://robertrenaud.com/shop/
To safely challenge your deltoid muscles, pick the RR H+F resistance level that matches your current strength:
#1 X-Light (5–15 lbs): Best for rotator cuff and lateral raises.
#2 Light (15–30 lbs): Great for general deltoid conditioning.
#3 Medium (30–50 lbs): Excellent for heavy pressing.
1. Overhead Shoulder Press
Target Muscles: Anterior and lateral deltoids (front and sides of the shoulders).
How to Do It: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, stepping firmly inside the bottom of the loop. Grab the top loop with both hands at shoulder level, palms facing forward. Press straight upward until your arms fully extend overhead, then slowly lower back down under strict control.
Band Recommendation: Use #2 Light or #3 Medium.
2. Side Lateral Raises
Target Muscles: Lateral deltoid (caps your shoulders for width).
How to Do It: Step on one side of the band with both feet flat. Grip the top of the loop with both hands in front of your hips. Keeping a very minor bend in your elbows, raise your arms out to your sides until they reach shoulder height. Pause, squeeze the deltoids, and slowly lower the band back to the starting point.
Band Recommendation: Use #1 X-Light or #2 Light.
3. Front Raises
Target Muscles: Anterior deltoid (front of the shoulder joint).
How to Do It: Secure one end of the loop under your mid-feet. Hold the opposite end of the loop with an overhand grip resting against your thighs. Keep your arms entirely straight and raise them directly forward until they are parallel with the floor. Avoid rocking your torso or using momentum to pull the weight up.
Band Recommendation: Use #1 X-Light or #2 Light.
