Zola :
Totally fair question! While the permissions on that screen are wide, Zola’s actual execution is only to pull in the Reviews and basic business info. We will NEVER edit, delete, or post anything to your Google Profile. The permissions on that screen are a requirement from Google and are standard for any app that imports reviews. That being said, it’s also a completely optional feature. You're never required to import your reviews to stay on Zola! Feel free to DM us if you need more info.

Tbh I’ve been using Zola for a few days now and it’s nice..but a lot of the info they are listing is not matching the actual websites of the vendors or venues I’m looking at and I’m about to delete the app and start looking for a different one or just start building a binder and go completely physical for my wedding planning.

I did not get this email but I did have a bride reach out to me a few weeks ago saying she messaged me on Zola and had not heard back so she found my email and emailed me and I said ummm I don’t have a Zola account and she said yes you do… THEY FREAKIN STOLE INFO AND PHOTOS OFF MY WEBSITE AND CREATED A LISTING WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!

Cancelled my account 2 weeks ago (had to email in to cancel the account btw) - so done with that site. I ALWAYS got inquiries outside of my location and my most problematic couple came from there. Byeeeeee
