You literally just explained my whole situation within the last 3 months. Due to them trying to sabotage my employment I just got off the phone today calling HR, Labor Board, and Commission & Human Rights Office today. Through my experience with these employers now a days it forced me to become a Pro Se Litigator for discriminatory matters in the work place. Charleston White a few years back was talking about during these employers and it works. When also can demonstrate your rights were violated go for it. I’ve used the money in the past to invest in my own personal goals.
