@youngeryoudoc: Back locked in a spasm? Save this one. 👀 This area behind your knee has been used in traditional acupuncture for thousands of years for low-back pain, stiffness and spasm. Traditionally, the point is near the center of the crease behind your knee, but don’t obsess over the exact location. I often find the most tender spot slightly above the crease. Relax your leg and gently explore the area. Let tenderness guide you. Hold comfortable pressure for 30 seconds to 2 minutes, then stand up and retest your back. ⚠️ Don’t dig hard into the back of your knee. Important nerves and blood vessels travel through this area. Gentle is enough. It also sits along what’s often called the superficial back line — a myofascial chain running along the back of your legs and up through your back. #BackSpasm #LowBackPain #BackPain #Mobility #PainRelief
