We got an app. It’s color coded, everyone can see the calendar and everyone gets a reminder email in the morning with the days items on it.

I resign as a secretary, accountant, legal advisor, organiser. I may continue with a little housework and some cooking, washing, ironing, shopping and putting out the bins on collection day. 🤷♀️🙂

I have the calendar in my head, in my phone that my family has access to and a board hanging in the kitchen that tells you whats going on for week....... I still get asked whats going on for the day.
