The Messenger (ﷺ) said that whoever recites this supplication three times every morning and evening will be protected from the disasters of the earth and the sky. Arabic: بِسْمِ اللهِ الَذِي لَا يَضُرُمَعَاسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَمَاءِ وَهُوَالسَمِيعُالْعَلِيمُTransliteration: Bismillāhil-ladhī lā yaḍurru ma‘a smihi shay’un fil-ardi wa lā fis-samā’i wa huwa as-samī‘ul-‘alīm. Meaning: In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing in the earth or in the heavens can cause harm. He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Tirmidhi, Hadith: 3388)
