I nannied for a mom like this and when I told the 5 year old be he had to hold my hand to cross the street, he proceeded to spit at me and said “ I don’t have to listen to you you’re just our stupid housekeeper” and when I told the mom she said “I bet he was just overstimulated or hungry” LOL

Had a nanny mom tell me that it was IMPOSSIBLE to fix their child's violent behavior. And when I said talking to him and actually giving out punishments and not just giving into him would do wonders she said, and I qoute, "He's only four. There's not much anyone can do." Like.....yeah okay sure 😭
