Are you using a pen? Talk to your doctor about switching to regular injections because sometimes the pens can malfunction.

when I tried my thighs 4 different times, blood comes shooting out. Not a clear liquid, so i stopped using my legs. Stomach and arms don't have that reaction for me anyway. Sorry that happened to you. Maybe a doctor can answer?

I usually do my abdomen since there’s not much resistance, just a lot of fluff compared to the muscles in my thigh 😅

That happened to me on my first dose. 2nd dose was perfect. I did it the same way both times.

Nurse here, it happens sometimes with lovenox injections even though I don’t to anything different. I know it’s a subcutaneous injection, but try pulling tissue to one side (hold it) inject, and then let the skin go back (google z-track method) helps lock in the juice

One time I injected into my stomach in apparently the one spot that it didn’t like- it created a giant bubble under the skin, and a bunch of it just came straight back out. Not cool. Lol
