girly pop, you don’t collect evidence DURING a trial, you present the evidence you have. I think the whole “patrick did it” argument is coming from people who just can’t understand how a mother would do this to her kids which is totally understandable but leave the father who also lost his kids out of it. if you look at the list witnesses that they have coming up you will notice that they are all just mental health specialists, so no, there is no big magical “legal blond” moment coming up because this is real life and not a movie. also if you watch the actual trial and not the tiktok’s made but slightly diluted people you will notice that all of the “evidence” people have against patrick is debunked, and you will even notice that the lawyer him self said “the day after she killed her kids” when addressing one of the witnesses so unless you know something he doesn’t stop taking the focus away from the fact that the kids were killed because the healthcare system failed Lindsay and her beautiful kids.
