Matar pulao مٹر پلاؤ Ingredients * 1 onion * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tomato * 1 cup carrots * 1 cup potatoes * 2½ cups warm water * 1 tbsp chicken powder * 1 tbsp garam masala * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp salt * ½ cup frozen green peas * Handful of fresh coriander, chopped * 1 cup rice, soaked for 2 hours Method 1. Sauté the onion until golden brown. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds. 3. Add the tomato and cook until softened. 4. Add carrots and potatoes; sauté for 1 minute. 5. Pour in warm water and add all spices mentioned. 6. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. 7. Add green peas, coriander, and soaked rice. 8. Cover and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed. 9. Steam (dum) for 5–10 minutes. 10. Serve hot with raita. #matarpulao #pulao #veggies #rice #viral
