Yes to all of this! My policy is pretty firm that I don’t get involved in custody court stuff but attorneys like to subpoena me anyways and I have a policy for how much that will cost a parent out of pocket. I’ve still been subpoenaed several times 😭 I’ve sadly also received a revocation of consent to treatment for a child from one parent because I made a report of abuse against them. I still think about that child every day.

I’m glad you’re making this because after watching every minute of the trial- I genuinely feel for the doctors and those involved in her care, and doctors who will suffer from this in the future.

The biggest concern I have is parents in active custody battle. I’ve had it where mom wants therapy, but dad will call to cancel the appointments since they’re 50/50 or vice versa.
