Maybe they are just buying inexpensive land and it happens to be in their community… so if you buy inexpensive property now you are a racist? I’m tired of this narrative. Purposely bought cheaper property to save money oh that’s racism? If it was your business would you spend more money? Doubt it you would do what’s best for your business. Maybe ask why the land is so affordable

Now, come on - of course any industry is going to purchase land as cheaply as possible. That neighborhood may be populated by a given demographic because of the lower cost but all things considered, I actually wouldn’t assume the decision to purchase the land is based on a bias against the population, but a purely financial decision that can be observed to follow a pattern but this one, I just don’t think it’s racial, it’s economic. The racial part is an unintended consequence.
