every single pool in a hotel has it noted capacity limit so that is bullshit that I want to say it wasn't there I'm sure it was there they just chose that to see it and yes they have a right to close it if you feel and see that there's too many people in there it's their property they could do whatever they want but it is also a law you cannot exceed the maximum limit
