just wanted to say that I think it’s less to do with having your nails done and more to do with the confidence you get when you feel “put together” that translates into tips! I’ve been a cart girl for 5+ years at a high end course and I’ve never had my nails done, but still have the highest sales and tips average every year. Physically I just focus on my outfits + hair + jewelry instead!
