MV stop 101, make sure the trunk or SUV hatch is closed. Many cars have pull down back seats with rear access and you can get ambushed. They should be doing this. Also they should break the MV Stop approach to sections. The rear is also the best assessment of what you can see before approaching for safety. They should be looking at start of the stop before exiting and on the approach for furtive movements for both safety and criminal design when building PC for actions during the stop.
