I ended up using the fact that every 5km is an additional charge or give or take. figured that out but im fuckin stuck on the damn enemy iron nest mission I hate it

calculations? command told me to destroy enemys "over there". so I destroyed "over there"(with a few dozen HCHE rounds)

Or use my method, I loaded 2 charges and put the elevation to to max and the. Shot and watched the stop watch time to impact, as the shot passed the target I noted the time on the clock remaining and now hand the time in the air and adjusted the elevation to match time till impact. Only one I had to rethink was when I needed 3 bags..

wayyy simpler method do this in your calculator example 6.28km every charge adds 5km range we'll need 2 charges for a max 10km target range divided by max range 6.28 ÷ 10 = .628 then multiply that by 60 as is max elevation faster than rolling the range wheel tbh

It’s because each charge does exactly 5km, so you do distance (km)/5km x charges and then multiply that by 60° for the max inclination of the gun. The way he did was odd but still a very smart way, but just requires a calc. For the Blind Fire mission you could literally do it in your head if you’re smart enough but his way requires a calc

i just did 3 charges in incremental movements of 5 degrees

What I did was this- each charge is 5km. 0 degree angle is shortest range, 60 degree is mag range. So as example, target is 7km away. So you load 2 charges, 60/2=30. Each 30 degree interval is 5km. So since the target is 7km, put the gun at around 45 degrees and you should hit home.
