Not complicated. She can go to her parents. Her husband has left her alone with his parents. She is probably the main care giver to his family.

Its mean if you are living in abroad and your parents are alone at home and they alone so send them old house. If you are trying to give your wife luxury life because she wants for that you are going aborad so what she should do in his absence. If you strictly following islam so you should live same like at the time of holy prophet’s life. Do you think wife of this era will accept this?

Even if the husband is not abroad, many families in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India still live together in joint families. So, in some ways, the situation can be similar to a long-distance marriage. It may look different from the outside, but the wife can still face similar problems. Personally, I think many women want to live separately from their husband’s joint family after marriage. Before marriage, they may not fully understand what living with a joint family will be like. After marriage, small things can become major sources of conflict. For example, a wife may simply want to go shopping alone, but her in-laws may not allow her to go by herself. She may feel restricted or frustrated and easily become angry. These kinds of everyday situations can create tension between the wife and the family. I have seen some of these situations closely because I am Bangladeshi, and I have also lived in Saudi Arabia. So I understand both situations to some extent. In some families, the problems become stronger because of very strict interpretations of Islamic or traditional family roles. Of course, this is not true for every Muslim family, and every family is different. I also understand that when the husband is abroad, the situation becomes even more complicated. The wife may need a guardian or someone from the husband’s family to help her with certain things. But his family may have their own rules, and the wife may feel that she has lost her independence. There is also the financial side. For example, if the husband is working in Saudi Arabia, his income may not be enough to bring his wife to Saudi Arabia or support a separate household there. So even if both husband and wife want to live together, it may not always be financially possible. That is why I think these issues should be discussed clearly before marriage. The couple should talk about where they will live, whether they will live with the joint family, how much freedom the wife will have, how the in-laws will be involved, and what will happen if the husband has to work abroad. Understanding these things before marriage can prevent many problems later.

Not a Muslim myself, but I love how the law is rooted in fairness and the absolute respect for the individual operating within it. Not privilege and power, but moral values as lived in daily life.

I don't understand why people would marry and leave apart, what's the point of that? Go work earn some money, start a business then get married and live with your wife. Life is too short and the couple needs each other.

I understand this situation as it's very common in india and Pakistan. the guy who work in saudi and gulf nations earn just 2 to 4000 riyals. he cannot afford. now girls parents when marrying girl they know what's his salary and he cannot afford separate house. if knowing everything marry u accepted and ur parents also accepted.now it's between u and ur husband to decide either before marriage or after marriage to stop chaos. best to make agreement before marriage to stop any chaos

A woman should live where she wants (and is wanted) in her husband’s absence. This is a human right.

Sorry to say but you should also guide wives to live simple life instead of luxurious? So his husband can live with her.

It make sense if the husband is not in saudi, but the husband is away how come the wife has rights to rent her own apartment and live without mahrim? Is better to ask her husband to give her permission to stay at her parents house until he comes back home.If her in-laws are punishing her then she can go stay with her parents without permission from her husband. Also she can rent if she has children but not by herself because is not safe.
