sex educator here (i have peer-reviewed sources below!), this misinformation being spread for gender-affirmation among our community, it's not actually true. you're talking about the process of prostatic metaplasia, but prostatic metaplasia happens inside the vagina near the skene's glands and not inside the anus. and most importantly, the effects are not sufficient to notice a difference in sensation. however, what is more likely are changes inside your pelvic floor and smooth muscles, so it is possible to know and feel a change-- just not from the process of prostatic metaplasia.
