My tips‼️ Crepes are one of my kids favorite food and I won’t lie if I tell I make a big pile of them at least once a week. They are delicious with whipped cream and some berries, maple syrup, Nutella, jams, sour cream, yogurt or my favorite with salmon and whipped cream cheese. I don’t not have exact measurements of ingredients. It always depends on the batch size I want to make. They are all made with eggs, milk/water, flour, a little bit of sugar if desired and melted butter/oil. ‼️To make crepes without any lumps it’s important to mix eggs, sugar first and then add flour and mix it while it’s still thick and make this mixture smooth. Then gradually add some milk and I like to add hot water as well. And melted butter or oil at the end. Of you see that crepes turn out to thick you can always add more water. Also use a good and trustworthy pan. Mine is pretty old but it doesn’t stick even without oiling it. #crepes ##favoriterecipes#kidsfood #Recipe
