I keep to myself until someone starts making my job worse or harder due to their inability to complete theirs. Then I will complain and they are normally gone in the next 2 weeks. Do it right or go somewhere else

New hire said “ you need to respect me! I was in the military for 6 years!” I said, “you aren’t in the military anymore.” Needless to say he got drunk on the job a week later and was caught sleeping on the job by the boss. Got written up and went to HR. Pretty sure he’ll be putting in his two weeks notice now haha
