I’d give them 5 to 10 minutes max before that don’t stick. Also from the motion the heel will just make it come out anyway. Waste of money

Or get trainers that don't have the fabric inside, Nike Airforce and Adidas Superstars always wear out on the inside. Adidas Samba's don't have the fabric inner and last longer.
