I started bread baking way back in 2010. I’ve always loved it. I got diagnosed with diverticulitis in 2020 and I found a 1hr long video yall made of running the garage bakery. On the nights when I was in pain I could sit in my recliner and watch yall and the calmness of it all made the pain ease. Eventually my wife got me to start selling and scale up. Now I’m down a colon but my first higher capacity oven comes in next week. Thanks for giving inspiration and insight
