@kevim516: she simply looked at my wrists from a distance in the waiting area to see if I had a full body rash, didn’t even acknowledge my tonsillitis, then told me to go home and take anti-histamine after I had been waiting from 11.30pm till 5.30am, when I flipped out and started knocking at the door which leads to the patients, they finally wanted to assess me and take things further which lead to, a drip, antibiotics, antihistamines and steroids, the rude nurse was going to let me go home and take allergy over the counter allergy tablets the told me there was no doctor to see my condition between 12am and 9am, so why didn’t they tell me that at the initial basic assesment half hour in? 👏 👏 thanks to the staff who took mmy condition serious, to the staff who didn’t, I will be putting in a serious complaint and I would like to hear it’s resulted in her losing her job for the seriousness of our nations health. Where is the justice? How many other scenarios get overlooked? #nhs #ealinghospital #fyp #healthcare #london
