A &200 monthly Parking fees is ridiculous on top of $2,300 rent for a one bedroom. I get paying for an extra car but most households need at least one vehicle to get around so it not being included with rent makes no sense!

realtors and property management are playing games out here! moved out and they lower the rent back $600usd! raising rent 300usd a month every contract!

I spent a year apartment shopping and looked at 47 different places. The first thing they do (if you even meet a real person) is hand you the list of mandatory fees on top of the base rent. Everywhere requires paid parking, cheapest I've seen for unassigned is $130. Even guests have to pay, if there's guest at all. Shutting mandatory should be included in the base debt when advertised and on contract.
