Sweet potato pizza bread 고구마 피자빵 I remember whenever I had pizza bbang as a kid, I’d leave out all the sausages and eat only the middle part because that was my favorite. So for this one, I loaded the middle with extra corn mayo and sweet potato mousse (not in the original pizza bbang, but I was craving sweet potato pizza too) so the sausage wouldn‘t overpower it. 👩🏻‍🍳Pizza bread recipe (makes two) * 1 sheet large puff pastry, or two frozen croissant dough * 2 hot dog sausages * Corn mayo: 1 small can corn (200-300g), 1/4 onion (diced), 3T mayo, 1T sugar, pinch of pepper * Sweet potato mousse (optional): 1 mashed sweet potato + 2T butter + 3-4T heavy cream (or whole milk) + 1T honey * Mozzarella cheese * Pizza sauce (or ketchup) * Extra mayo 1. Wrap the puff pastry (thawed and soft) around the sausage. 2. Using scissors, cut diagonal slits, then fold the strips over alternately, flattening them to create a leaf pattern. 3. Spread the sweet potato mousse (optional) down the center, then top with the corn mayo. 4. Add a generous layer of mozzarella, drizzle with pizza sauce (or ketchup), then finish with extra mayo. 5.
