Technically that’s a violation of rights since he can’t provide reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime it just being suspicious isn’t breaking the law… you need to take this footage to the station and make a complaint then sue for him violating your civil liberties… technically you were never detained and his lights aren’t on so it wasn’t a legal traffic stop
