yup, I'm a captive renting in strata, each week they come out with an email, my car is at the end of the under cover carpark I owned a ute and came back from camping when it was torrential rain so I left the sleeping bags tent and a couple of blankets out leaning in the storage, I park my car Infront so you cant see it, yet I get an email I'm not allowed to have anything other than a car, it was there for 3 days before the email.

This is such an incredible play by him - he’s effectively tanked the value of the other properties in the strata as well - to rectify this they have to fix the issues he’s complaining about… and are probably motivated given they’d all be owners. Brilliant work 👏👏
