She's a chance taker. She must leave this job. There's no risk. If there's a risk and she told clients she would lose money. I've use hairdressers for 45 years and never had that problem.

Some times when the have high lights and colored over appearing all one color , they don’t tell us and that can happen because the hair with bleach from previous time can damage badly

Her strand test was done on a piece from the name for 30 seconds. The stylist was aware of her having black box dye on her hair. The melted result is normal. The stylist is brand new and should not be working on her own as of yet
