I’ve got this but also pain in my pubic bone too which is part of pelvic girdle pain. So I’ve got pain in my hips, back AND crotch. It’s unbearable.

32 weeks 4th pregnancy. Told my doctor I was in a lot of pain in my hips and lower stomach he recommended a bath 🤦♀️

I've had severe Pelvic Girdle Pain since I turned 32 weeks.. I just turned 33 weeks yesterday.. The pain is real... I still have 6 weeks to go 😭😭😭

Hey man, my wife and I are 23 and she is 37 weeks. You have helped me so much in helping my wife. She definitely pushes herself a bit too much without knowing. Thank you. All these tips have been wonderful throughout this whole thing. Things like this make me want to do this again with her when we are ready.

Went from running 70kms+ a week pre pregnancy to bed bound while pregnant because of this 😭 lost all my muscle, can barely walk.. laying down is my only relief

Stairs, stairs also are incredibly painful 😩 I had to have my husband help me put on pants with our first, and I’m thinking it will happen again with this one.

mine has started last week at 29 weeks, not too bad but it is sore and to make it worse, my right leg is broken as well and healing extremely slowly due to the baby taking everything, it's so sore and frustrating
