if you have use any other type of the chemical and hair dye on your hair, you have to tell them what you used...some of them dont work well together it can burn you hair right off

Why would any company be dumb enough to give a disgruntled customer the bosses/owners number? What a weird thing to be annoyed about NEWSoutlet. . Sorry that it happened to her and such but if they did tell her and they made her sign a waver she can't be THAT shocked it happened. (before people go uuugh victim blaming uuuugh.
