I feel jealousy when I see bigger girls especially chubby/curvier girls cuz I have a hard time gaining weight. I shared this with a curvy friend of mine who admitted she’s always been envious of my body as I was hers. Ik it may be really hard, but genuinely block her and other content that makes you feel like this! Sometimes we see a lot of bad and unhealthy things on the internet that trigger these feelings. Distancing yourself will help. Maybe not immediately, but over time those thoughts and feelings will be less frequent. Put your health and your happiness above anything else!
