To me, it looks like she could have an issue with her left knee. She's not morbidly obese and the car was moving at like 2mph.. I've watched this many, many times and her left movement of that knee looks really bad. Just like you, I'm ONLY speculating

I want to tell you , she may be Traning and she may be has the ability to jump and stop , but with crisis people can get nervous and easy out of breath and the knee get to soft to even to stand , I love you brother ، Don’t judge things only by how they look from the outside. There are circumstances and factors far greater than you can imagine. You may regret it if what is holding her back is simply her fear of the situation, rather than a physical inability to do it. i remember seeing a video of a woman who's of a larger body, and her stroller rolls down a driveway, and for the life of her baby she trips and falls trying to chase after her stroller. She cant get up fast enough. THAT video infuriated me.

she may have had a hip replacement. she leans heavily on the door to try to shift her hips onto the seat instead of lifting her leg up and into the car. even the way she falls, she has no hip mobility.
