If I have to choose between A or B and think, that I don‘t know or I want both, I flip a coin and then focus on my first feeling about the result. Then I know, what I really wanted subconciously and choose the one, which feels right. I love it. Try.

This is so useful. Hearing people say ‘live life without regrets’ I think what they mean really is appropriately grieve the other options but fundamentally, back your own decisions. Not that life can actually be lived without regret.

but what you're not mentioning when being torn between choosing is the worry of "what if the new option goes horribly wrong and makes it worse than where you were to begin with"? that's what paralyses me and has for years... i already struggle and taking a leap might be amazing but i will lose a safety net i have now and won't have it again if i try and fail .. i'll be worse off.. i have been stuck for so long
