Everyone goes through that from time to time. Sometimes we may feel like we aren’t doing our duties, but the truth is, we can’t properly perform our duties if we aren’t taking care of ourselves. Every morning is a new chance to accomplish our dreams. It is never to late to start or start over. If we believe in ourselves, make a conscious effort to become the best version of ourselves that we can possibly be, surround ourselves with positive people, and consciously seek positivity we will begin to form the life we have envisioned for ourselves. I know that there are hard days but we must make our best effort to push through that. I’m a work in progress but im not sure we ever get to the point where we should stop making an effort.
