Keloids don’t go away, they do go down, but when they’re irritated, they flare up. I have one on my belly piercing. Which is devastating, I’m trying to see it through but one day,It’s down the next it’s swollen again.

this genuinely worked miracles for me. made my irritation bump on any piercing go away, only one it couldn't save was my industrial but i didn't see it through. i have 19 piercings

Never use fake metals if you can’t get gold get stainless steel that way it don’t affect the healing process cause it’s natural

This is something that needs to be surgically removed. Someone I knew had 2 huge bumps behind each of his ear piercings and one day he had asked if I seen them I said yes. He told me his skin grew over the back of them like what’s going with hers. She won’t be able to get her ears pierced again 🤦♀️maybe later in the future who knows.

Depending on how irritated it is and how sensitive her skin is. Pimple patches, like not the decorative one that just cover them but the high quality ones that actually pull puss out, can help pull out the fluid built up. Plus rinsing with saline. If needed use one of those tools used to open a pore to gently open it up and throw a pimple patches on there every day. If your trying not to loose the piercing at the same time you can cut a tiny hole in the middle of the patch and still wear the piercing just get longer bars so that the bumps aren’t getting squeezed . Tho if she can take a break from them give the ears a bit to breathe. This is what I did for my bridge piercing which I couldn’t take the peircing out for long periods of time without risking the hole closing
