that's a wrong narrative you putting out there. if you travel to Ghana and you need extension of Visa, you only walk into the immigration office ask for extension of Visa and there is a process for that. what you say totally wrong, even if you don't extend your Visa and you get to the airport when you leaving immigration will ask you to pay for the penalty of overstaying.
