Terrell Miller was the child's name. That officer took one shot and it killed both the perp and the kid unfortunately. Dude had a knife to the kids throat and was a moving target and unfortunately for everyone pistol handling is much harder in real life than Hollywood would have you believe. Guy is going to be haunted his whole life because he killed the kid he was trying to save because he didn't have those Annie Oakley skills

los pongo en contexto, llaman xq escuchan gritos y al escuchar a la mujer pidiendo ayuda deciden entrar a la fuerza cuando abren hay un hombre de agredió a una mujer con un arma blanca posteriormente le dicen que deje el arma y el hombre sale corriendo por la parte interna del cuarto y el policía dispara sin darse cuenta de que al disparar le dió al bebé 😔

He grabbed the 4 year old and used him as a shield when he stepped back behind the wall. The officer didn’t realize that he had picked up the kid when he stepped around and saw the man and he fired and hit both the man and the 4 year old. Once he got closer he realized that he used the baby as a shield and he had shot both of them. This was and still is such a heartbreaking situation 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
