How come the headlines keep focusing on the two police officers who were murdered, but barely mention the two young women who also lost their lives? Four people were murdered — not two. Their lives mattered too, and their families deserve the same recognition and justice. Why are we so quick to highlight the deaths of police officers while the two young women are almost treated like an afterthought?
