I'm in Canada and just got mine. luckily mine was individually wrapped, but I have ink splatters on book 4. I made a video about it also. I paid 250$ in Canadian and recieved ink splatters. I'm passed about it

I’m mad on your behalf 😡 Nothing worse than damaged books and even worse when it’s due to poor packaging. Everyone knows the postage aren’t always careful so ensuring extra protection is a must! I love those foam covers that B&S do, I wish every company used those 👏🏻

The Broken Bindings could never. This is how my box arrived from the UK to Massachusetts, and the box was damp. My books were pristine inside.
