Ron Desantis passed a Federal law? Wow, I didn't know he could do that. Now, if it had been something like the city of Jacksonville had passed an ordinance prohibiting asking for, receiving, or providing anything to or from a person on the public right of way from it to a person in a vehicle, I'd be more inclined to believe him. Charleston has such an ordinance and it carries $1,000 fine.
