No , proud as I am of my England and I do so love the stuff you pointed out but similar joys are found all over Europe and not just the obvious Paris or Rome places, went on a holiday to Corfu as a young newlywed and the village nearby to the banging resort had a church dating back 800 years and the lunch in the nearby taverna that was over a hundred years old and in the original family was sublime. That stands out but I have visited similar places in Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Turkey and Croatia and I'm sure there's more.

It's all over Europe we are blessed with so many buitiful historic buildings ,either for worshipp or study to a local pub. unfortunately due to last centuries war across Europe alot of the buildings was destroyed and never rebuilt again.samae as what is happing in Ukrain ,and most of the middle East too ancient buildings .but this is why I love Europe, the history cultures and knowledge,
