diagnosed with BPD here. this is no hate, just information. I assume you're talking about splits in this video, however, you're wrong about it. Splitting often is triggered and when that happens, then you go from idolising someone to absolutely hating them. There is no in between. That is what splitting it, basically meaning your love for them was split into extreme hatred, mixed with uncontrollable rage. A split can last for hours, days, or even longer. It can be a short time too, talking about minutes. What you described here rather sounds like BP (Bipolar Disorder). Please dont get these two mixed up, thanks!
