As a stylist for over 15 years, if you think there’s a chance a clients hair might melt off, YOU REFUSE TO DO THE SERVICE. You don’t just warn them and proceed anyway. 🤦🏻♀️

The stylist did not deny she did it. the styist denied giving her a refund. The stylist seem to do everything she could have done to ensure that the hair wouldn't melt off but she still warned the client that it could happen.

She got her refund after the viral response but the owner texted her and never even apologized! Just said that her refund has been sent! I'd stay away from that stylist and salon for anyone in the area

Y'all should see the comments on her video. nothing but support. Other stylists in her area have reached out offering to try to fix her hair for free . other people have been leaving reviews. I did.

once the stylist looked up the ingredients of the dye and chose to give the perm she should be liable. she's the "expert". that $200 refund is costing them a lot more than that.

I just want to give a shout out to the guy in the comments in the original who had no idea how she ended up on his fyp, and offered to pay for whatever needed to be done to fix her hair. That IS a Good Man. ❤️

She gave an update, after all this attention the owner said the stylist has refunded $200 through texting(no apology/admitted). Through this horrible experience she’s gained support and many discovered she sings/in a band, album coming out soon-now has a newfound fans/followers gained a fan base and thanked everyone.

I’m sorry, but if a salon‘s gonna tell me, oh it might burn your hair. I don’t know any woman in this world it’s gonna be like oh let’s give it a shot. They absolutely did not tell her that I don’t care what anybody says because any woman, any woman That gets their hair done our hair is important to us. It makes us feel special. It makes us feel pretty. And there’s no way someone’s gonna tell us it might burn your hair off and we continue with the treatment we get up and say now I’m good. I’ll come back in a few months when the dye is out of my hair.

I’m a hairstylist for 40 years ain’t no way that that happened from just using box die in a perm. Do you know how many times old ladies color their hair and get a perm done really highlighted hairs and not fried somebody’s hair off like that
