Save & share with a friend 🫂 This recipe has been in my fitness app for about a year now. I have been having this on repeat every week now that I’m pregnant for the extra collagen. I N G R E D I E N T S ▫️50g or 10 scoops of unflavored grass fed beef gelatin (linked above) ▫️4 cups apple juice (or juice of your liking) S T E P S ▫️Heat of stove top at medium. ▫️Add a small amount of juice at a time (about 10 parts total). After each addition, add 1 scoop of collagen powder and whisk thoroughly until all clumps are completely dissolved. Repeat this process with each scoop to ensure the collagen mixes smoothly. ▫️Heat everything until it’s really hot but not boiling. You do not want to boil the juice.Turn off the heat once the juice is hot and steamy. ▫️Pour the hot juice slowly in the glass storage container. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes. ▫️Place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or until nice and firm. ▫️Cut with a sharp knife into squares. 🩷 These will last in the fridge for 5-7 days but they are so good they will be gone fast!
