Jason From Tennessee :
I had a situation like that over here and I reported them to CPS for a child abuse and adult abuse adult was a disabled woman with diminished capacity, they ran away to my house a few days later since CPS didn't do anything about it. I called the sheriff's department and CPS and they took the kids down to the Sheriff's Department with me and my son following them. long story short the adoptive mother got arrested for it and I would say a few weeks later the mother biological daughter filed rape charges on me and it never took because I had too much documentation stating otherwise. it's sad with these kids go through and the parents or adoptive parents just abuses kids for no reason at all. there's a lot more to the story that I'm leaving out but in the end I was Vindicated unfortunately the child was still out of the adoptive mother's care but the adult Dimension capacity was returned back to the household even with the convicted charges, it's sad how this Court system works
