Chickpea Salad Ingredients * 1 cup boiled chickpeas * 1 cucumber, sliced * ½ onion, sliced * 1 tomato, sliced • fresh coriander, chopped * ½ lime, juiced * 1 tbsp sumac * ½ tbsp garlic paste * ¼ tbsp paprika powder * ¼ tbsp chilli flakes * ¼ tbsp salt * A pinch of black pepper * 2 tbsp olive oil Method 1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the boiled chickpeas. 2. Add garlic paste, black pepper, paprika, chilli flakes and ¼ tbsp salt. Sauté until the chickpeas are dry and well coated with the spices. 3. In a bowl, combine cucumber, onion, tomato and chopped coriander. 4. Add lime juice, sumac and ½ tbsp salt. Mix well. 5.
